Like somebody said about another rapper, these cats get a lil bread and forget when they were selling dime bags starving in them apartments. No matter how much money he has now they will never accept him. Bruh needs an Avon to tell him what them people really think about him

Wasn't Jeezy the same dude that said we need to keep the black family together?

:mjlol:

He only announced it because the braggadocios rapper in him still wanted the notoriety. Could have easily kept quiet like most restaurant owners.

Jeezy fans are in their mid 30s and 40s I doubt his demo was bugging lol

its these new clout chasing kids that only want something if it’s popular
Y'all put too much stock into age, especially when it means taking no accountability for anything

Yes Jeezy fans are in their 30s and 40s. They were once in their teens and 20s. A lot of them never grew out of themselves

Then use some common sense. You think Gen Z, who are working multiple jobs to barely pay bills and didn't grow up listening to Jeezy, are flooding to Jeezy's 3 story steakhouse where they most likely can't afford appetizers in?

Black folks will not allow anyone to change. You can never improve or want better. It’s a damn shame.

Can u honestly blame em tho?

Average Jeezy fan will never tour, become a famous, have neighbors in gated communitys so how do you expect them to grow and share his feelings?

Hence why they want to pull him to their level.

But they made him rich! He shouldnt forget it. He aint rappin about the gated communitys now is he?

I remember when Cam told people he owned a bunch of Burger Kings but he doesn't talk about it... but dudes don't really get why attaching yourself to everything you do isn't always good for business.

Same shyt happened with Moneybagg Yo....he didn't understand that his fanbase of well done walmart steak eaters didn't understand that the prices at his steakhouse were actually under normal market rates.

Rick Ross is the only rapper who got it right with his Wingstop and Rally's/Checkers branding.

Nas seems to be doing well with Sweet Chick

Kind of embarrassing how rappers view their consumers. Isn't this what and who you rapped about lol

I doubt if Common or Cole or some shyt shouted out their steakhouse it would look like freaknik :mjpls:
is it how he views the consumers. Or is the consumer doing the most.? He didnt pull the view out his ass, something had to happen first. he alluded to more than one scenario Where the consumer was over stepping. You blaming him for describing the actions of the consumer instead or blaming the consumer for doing the action. He didn’t call them names or degrade them. He described inappropriate actions in his restaurant, and other people attached labels it the behavior as ghetto etc.
