White cops (and ignorant white folks in general) feel threatened by BLK ppl because they buy into racist stereotypes. Same reason a white cop can dis arm an armed white man with out killing him but shoot first and ask questions later with BLK men.
Has nothing to do with being a rebel or having problems with authority. We don't like police bc historically they have a bad rep when it comes to the treatment of black ppl.
