The way they've mixed this album was so raw. It's not super clean like a dre or mixedbyali....the drums don't really knock super hard....it's just gives off this more personal vibe. They made it clear that hov' voice is the most important thing on the album....everything else is just background shyt. Smart to do it that way since the album is so personal...conversation type shyt.
