He get paid 800k a year from the fund. So it don’t matter if the fund does good or bad he still has his bread. And it is all from management fees. That’s crazy. And it’s all legal but not ethical. There is an IG account that is going through TREF paperwork and there is a lot of funny shyt in the paper work.

Do you know the normal pay for fund managers? I don't think we can clearly say it is unethical until we know that data.

Nothing but crickets in this thread and the other thread about this. This shyt is bad. No that manage fees weren't the last two years that was just in 2019. And Tref only has 2 employees. And yeah one of Jay Morrison's former internet marketing employees (who's white btw) been came out and said part of the reason he left is because his lawyer advised him to leave after they noticed his paychecks (about $70k worth) were being made out from Tref yet he was an employee for JMA and only did work for JMA. And this SEC report says he's telling the truth. Jay was taking money from Tref and using it for JMA.

Also in the report he gave out a loan from Tref to some company that he had ownership in at only an 8% interest rate yet the loans they gave other companies he had no ownership in were at 15% interest rate.


All that money they raised and in 2 years they've only bought like 3 properties total. So wtf they managing that's worth $600k in management fees. He only collected $3k in rents? So wtf are they marketing that they paid $750k in marketing fees?
