Low self esteem or lack of self respect could be the case. However, most of the dudes I know that sleep with a lot of women treat sleeping with a bunch of women like a sport/game.
Which would be overcompensating for another aspect in their life where they don’t feel successful. When you start reaching sex partners in the hundreds something is wrong with you. It’s been normalized for men but so has a lot of unhealthy shyt like not showing emotion, sex at young inappropriate ages sometimes with older women that if the gender were reversed we’d consider it child molestation. Still doesn’t mean there isn’t a problem.

If I had the status and appeal at that level, from 16-21, I would have been a man-whore. But after 60-70 bodies, I think I would have slowed down.
