The Nitro match did it. Called it a career soon after she started struggling to climb and hit the leg drop off the top.

WCW women's division was such a disaster. They get Madusa to drop the WWF title in the trash and then she has one match on Nitro in 7 months, loses almost every match she has, actually, retires as soon as they finally get their own title started. Bull Nakano comes in and gets her career ended in a nothing tag on Nitro that had no impact on any thing going on with the division. Then the title doesn't even last a year before it's abandoned...in a different country and promotion.
