Letting Kidd go is the better choice imo. Don't focus on any gaijin until you've actually established your home grown talent. Kidd ain't gonna do shyt as the top foreigner with the current state of the roster anyway.

Let's be real, fam. He wasn't beating Zack Sabre in the next round, and not winning a tournament where he winner loses their title match far more often than not isn't really a big deal. Better to save a high profile match for Kidd against Sabre for a more meaningful show.

The more likely option is that he signs some sort of shared deal with AEW and NJPW at this point. Despite all the shyt he pops, bro really doesn't have the buzz to have serious leverage over them.
