Can't speak for everyone else, but I'm not really all that into WK, and really haven't been into NJPW for all of this year.
The 'Rona really put a spotlight on the booking issues in NJPW. I feel like I've seen every matchup a million times before. When it's safe and easy, they need to see about letting Rocky work his relationships stateside to mix in some other talent aside from the obvious AEW crossover people want.

I think they get a pass because the match quality is so much better, and in normal times, they were at least halfway decent about spacing things out.
I think now is the time to say fukk the usual booking hierarchy, and get some of these young lions out there in the regular mix just for the sake of variety.
They need to let Ibushi have a title run from WK15 til at least Dominion.... then he can drop it to whomever wins the New Japan CupTheu gonna make Ibushi a 1 day champ arent they

To be fair they TRIED mixing the booking up with that random ass Evil betrayal and heavyweight title wins

Putting those belts on EVIL was the dumbest booking decision of the year. Even if it was just meant to be shock value for the sake of drawing attention it was a stupid idea. Don't even get me started on how much more sense it would have made to put the guy with the skull mask gimmick and moniker in the stable with a skull in the logo.

Honestly i think the only reason they chose EVIL over SANADA was the fact that they invested an excursion on him and wanted a return on that investment.
