It should be Tsuji, he even qualifies for Gedo's booking troupe of repeating a title match to put the younger guy over in the Dome (Naito beat him for the belt at Sakura Genesis).

I know fans want Sabre because he's "due" -and he might get his moment, Gedo loooves his foreigners- but it honestly makes no sense to continue to delay Tsuji's push for a gaijin in a context were the company is dying for new homegrown stars.

You can't announce the next gen three musketeers and hold them off for a foreigner. But this Gedo we talking about.
