Exactly. Not defending shyt. There are fukked up people in Japan. They worship motherfukkers who dropped bombs on them and tried to wipe them out. They aren't right in the mind. But this thread is about the lowest common denominator. Those are the types of dudes who never leave the house and spend money on statues and anime blurays. They're the type of people who would commit that if their favorite anime girl kissed a man. Those are the types of people who would look the other way if they ever saw a black person in real life and possibly have a panic attack. They are the worst of the worst in Japan and the reason the birthrates are so low and why the country is in such a fukked up state.
But on the other hand we have to look at where they get their knowledge of us from. The news which paints us in a bad light as rioters and loiters with no cause, white folks who go all around the world and put in a bad word for us, our music where the more intellectual artists don't get as much play as the ones who are all about fukkery, Television where at one point we were only servants and shyt. They don't have access to the type of knowledge on us or the firsthand experience with us that we have. If fukking Texas can get textbooks made that skips over slavery and erases all of our hardships to the point that kids growing up now will never know about them how the fukk do you think countries who don't have black people are going to see it? Slavery isn't taught in Japan. Jim Crow wasn't taught in Japan. We're probably not even mentioned much in their world history textbooks. I wouldn't be surprised if those books were whitewashed to all hell.
In the end you can't let no lifes like that get to you though. There were Japanese people who sympathized with us during Ferguson, Chinese too. There are a whole lot of Japanese musicians who list black musicians amongst their inspirations and favorites. Some Japanese artists have even been trained by blacks in music which gives them a distinct different tone from the manufactured shyt you usually hear. I've seen some blacks in Japanese TV shows. There was even that recent casting call for blacks to be in their porn more. While that is obviously fetishism it's still something and far from hating someone. Somebody is buying those videos for them to specifically call for more blacks.
