You aren't entitled to any equipment over anyone else. Let them try to get their life back on track. You should be encouraging them, not looking down on them.

Everybody, including you started as a noob. And many of us who are lifetime gym go-ers still failed multiple times in our lives with finding a way to be consistent.

The average gym goer doesn’t know how to eat for lifting, they running off of 50g protein per day…if that and some caffeine little to no water

I’m on extended IR

Sunday morning I had a fever of 102 and today is when it finally dropped to normal. Bad sinus infection and super lethargic. I’ll prolly be back sometime next week best case scenario

And I did a complete caffeine detox cold Turkey because of how sick I’ve been

the worst is people who don't put there shyt back. have like 3 sets of weights a bar near them, or they sitting on there phones on a machine. How do I get through 4 sets 15 reps before you do 3 sets of 10. if it wasn't for music I wouldnt even bring my phone inside the gym.

I always take a break from the gym first week of January because of how packed it is. It’ll start looking normal again next Monday.

This is my plan, by the second week the newbies dial it back and only show on the weekends.
