I caught something crazy from the gym after touching my nose after a session. I forgot to sanitise which i usually do.

On God, I was ill for some days. Realised later wtf happened.

Gym is for sure disease central. But my place ain’t big enough to have home gym :mjcry:
Keep thinking its a game, to not wipe down equipment before using it.

Remember there's people out here who only shower 37 times a year.

Anybody else do a push pull split

I've found this is optimal for me

Just Push/Pull? Nah, I tried it and hated it.
Back/Biceps/Hamstrings/Traps/Rear Delts, and Quads/Calves/Chest/Delts/Tris? :hhh:



I do run a Legs/Push/Pull split from time to time though.

Mine is different

Cardio+

Push:

Chest, shoulder, squat, triceps, core

Pull:

Deadlift, back, biceps, core

Works well for me because I hit everything twice a week sometimes three times

Always leave the gym with the feeling of having a full workout

I credit that to my pre workout cardio and the squats or deads depending on the day

Pull:

Deadlift, back, biceps, core

Works well for me because I hit everything twice a week sometimes three times

Always leave the gym with the feeling of having a full workout

I credit that to my pre workout cardio and the squats or deads depending on the day

  • I never do cardio before lifting, especially before squats or deads. YMMV obviously.
  • I like to hit muscle groups more than twice a week.

Our splits are prolly not similar enough in terms of volume or intensity to warrant a comparison outside of this. :obama:

Probably not, these days I care more about consistency and total fitness

If I can get in and out of the gym in an hour 10 or less I'm showing up almost everyday

I used to just boss hog the weights for an hour and a half and have dog shyt cardio

Nowadays my cardio is really good, and Im satisfied physique wise
