For Janet to do what she did in her era was amazing! She made her own way in the Michael Jackson era and sustained success for many years before she slowed down. She’s one of the top performers of all time.. You can say Janet and somebody will say Miss Jackson if you’re nasty lol. She was a bar girl in her prime.

Somebody legit asked if Janet Jackson was bigger than Beyonce. No diss to Beyonce, but Janet did it at a grander scale with far more competition. She had far more to overcome especially when you're not the only superstar in the family. She had to come behind Jackson 5 and Michael as a solo.
