Doesn't matter now. If does work in the playoffs and the Nets win - what he did in past will no longer matter. He wanted out of Philly- let's see what does what his new opportunity.

So he better than we think so who at fault for his failures?

Harden was leading the team this season in assists, rebounds and steals. Kyrie averaged 0.7 points per game more on 4 more field goal attempts per game. KD averaged 6.8 points more on 4 more field goal attempts per game. Kyrie+Durant didn't have a good record last season when Harden joined.

Those guys will learn to appreciate the sacrifices Harden made to his game when it's all said and done. Embiid plus Harden and these defensive minded players will produce greatness if healthy. Steve Nash wasted his privileged position.

Those regular season stats are irrelevant, we saw what damage that tandem did in the playoffs. It took Joe Harris shooting 9% from the field in G3 of the ECSF for Kyrie-KD to not have gone up 3-0 against the reigning champs.

Harden has the chance to prove his critics wrong this postseason, so let's see what happens now that he's finally in the "perfect situation"

I'm basing it on Covid rates rapidly declining and states lifting mask mandates. And Nets have said they believe things will change by playoffs. You think Eric Adams (who's from Brooklyn) doesn't have multi-billionaire Joe Tsai in his ear?

People thought Eric Adams was gonna lift the mandate when he got elected and he was like "nah".

Ben hasn’t displayed any in-between game or any type of layup package. He damn sure ain’t just driving at Joel and dunking the ball in like Giannis lol. He’s not dictating what any elite center needs to do to stay on the floor
