Good thing the Nets don’t need him to shoot. KD, Kyrie, Joe Harris, Seth Curry, Patty Mills are all more than capable shooters. You guys need to realize this was a move for the regular season more so than the playoffs. It’s clear that Big 3 would never be healthy for a full regular season. Simmons, Curry and Drummond give them players that can at least hold down the fort of Kyrie and/or KD become unavailable. You still need to make the playoffs and at least have a decent seeding so you’re not playing the Bucks in the first round

The nets were dominant with Kyrie, Harden and KD played together.

Why not let it ride out this year since injuries fukked them last year playoffs.

Harden made it clear he never signed up for the Kyrie fukkery, he had no interest in figuring out the "road game/in & out of the lineup" nonsense, and just never vibed with him period.

He was gone after this season, Brooklyn could've tried to let it play out but they saw an opportunity and jumped on it.

With the exception of Game 2 you are incorrect.

Nets put their foot off the pedal at the end of Game 1 and Kyrie got hurt Game 3. And from what I remember they were on the brink in Game 3 until Kyrie got hurt. We all know that there was a good chance Bucks would've gotten swept if Kyrie didn't get hurt. Now they have to worry about Nets having someone who can genuinely contain Giannis and an additional elite shooter.
