Because the remarkes and actions of Herbert were thought up by writers to joke about pedophilia . It was not to comment on it or try to address the issue to help children who harmed by these people. GOTG 3 could be a disaster, acting wise, at least, if you have an unhappy cast. It'll be like Natalie Portman in Thor: The Dark World, where you could tell she didn't want to be there and she was phoning it in, because Patty Jenkins was let go.
