I grew up in the district he is about to win and I'm surprised. The Incumbent Engel got Big endorsements by the CDC, Hillary, and Clyburn and comfortably won elections year after year. A lot of people endorsement vote for Engel without knowing about the dude or thinking about. A lot of black people voted for Engel.
I actually like him to Op. I read his agenda on his site and think he would be an asset for black folks.
