I'd Neg this if I could, Cole had probably 1 of the only Albums that I could actually listen to out of all the New Guys that dropped this Year. I know you can't Front on the ENTIRE[/B Sideline Story though. That Album was :whew: Piff to me, it just was not Wack to me. He maybe could have done without Mr. Nice Watch but let's be Honest, Cole delivered a slept on Debut Album.:manny:

you're just a corny dude brah.

That CD was wild underwhelming.

Cole emulates a style he THINK should be popular cause thats what he thinks people should listen to.

He needs to stop rapping on his own sleepy ass soundclick like production.

I thought this was a hot track. proof of concept of how he can flow.

:comeon:

There are millions of rappers who can do this average shyt.

Just generic bragging and ego rap shyt...ok cool... BUT thats not even that decent or stands out enough.

You can't even act like this shyt sounds different from other basic blog rappers out there.

He played it too safe on his debut.

He has one more chance with his sophomore to prove he stands out among the newcomers.

Kendrick showed how you could be yourself, and have the massive follow your lead.

I like him a lot. One of the best young rappers out. IMO. Hey different strokes, though. :manny:

What about my statement brought on that reaction?

the fact you think he's regressed..

...you think Cole hasn't made an impact on the game...but a #1 album, going gold...platinum single, and two gold singles....yet he hasnt made an impact on the game...he's got ONE album

Are you a label exec or industry employee?

Or are you a consumer of music?

If you're not the former, then you're the latter. In which case numbers don't matter to me. I care about the product itself.

lol you weren't even in the discussion you idiot... he tried making an argument J. Cole made no impact in the game...I don't give a shiit about numbers myself....it doesn't determine quality of music....but it does tell you impact..

I won't Insult you but here, you're Wrong. His Flow is well known but his Stories are Greatly Appreciated on this Album. He Upgraded himself from a Mixtape Rapper to a Hip-Hop Artist. Big Sean's for Example, Great Rapper...but Facts are Facts and The Finally Famous wasn't a Good Debut Album, if he sticks to this Detroit Formula then he may be able to unleash an Album as Great as Sideline Story.

Every artist does that sh1t you idiot.
You're telling me all the other cats out here AREN"T making music
they enjoy and think other people should be making ?
:heh:

He needs to keep doing what he's doing cause that sh1t is clearly
getting him hundreds of thousands of records sold and a bunch of dates booked.
