J. Cole... What A Disappointment

Just like KRIT, he didnt bring anything new to the album that I hadn't heard on the mixtapes and most of his tracks that were supposed to commercially appealing sounded forced.

You could tell when he was in his comfort zone(Dollar and a Dream III, Lost Ones) and when he wasn't( Mr Nice Watch, Work Out).

CW isnt a bad release, it just wasn't that good. 6-7/10. Friday Night Lights was better imo.

I was an original J. Cole fan, but he is boring a lot of the time. He's the type you have to be in a certain mood to listen to. How good a Cole song is literally depends on whether or not the exact perfect beat is behind him.
