Looking at greenery or wild life friendly parks help a lot.Connecting with nature is very important.
Majority of these bullet points sums up my on and off depressed mode.
- Change of appetite
- Crying in a instant
- Constant suicidal thoughts
- Trying to find peace in purchasing decisions
- Not wanting to get out of bed
- Don't want to be bothered
- Barely give a damn about keeping yourself up (hygiene, clothing, etc)
- Lashing out at family members and friends
