Man good looks on this bump. I got one during the pandemic and even moved it to my bedroom but I fell off. Time to get back on it

The biggest obstacle is you MUST master the proper form, and it’s a little monotonous. My fix for that is its it’s easy to link it together with watching Sunday games, a documentary, etc. Time will fly.

A great way to create a routine would be time with the start of football games Sunday-Monday-Thursday-Saturday :ehh: ….or to NBA games at night

Surprised there’s a thread on this. But yeah the concept 2 rower and echo bikes are mad underrated and come in clutch for cardio for me since I don’t run as much anymore.

Been doing it consistently as much as I go to the gym anyway

Usually i break it up.. might do 3 sets of 10 minutes spread out through my workout, or do 10min-8min-6min-etc at different resistance, or 5 sets of 5..really depends on how I feel

I try not to do more than 15 on light days/heavy lift days

The rowing machine is very tough. At Planet Fitness they have a challenge setting usually do that but now that I'm trying to lose weight I'll look to the recommendations of this thread of 10000km. I'm usually at 2:30 or so per 500m. I usually warm up to do 2000m. I hadn't been to the gym since my son was born and now it takes a long time to do those 2000m. No longer 10m :flabbynsick:
