Not that specific model (even though I probably should have, the one I have kinda loud to me) . Ill probably end up getting a different/better one later down the line…

I’m basically using it during the commercial breaks while watching the basketball games… and I never wanted commercials to end so quickly in my life :why:
This is that shyt Lebron be doing. I hear it’s a hell of a workout.

Looks dope, I like how that screen turns for off row workouts. I was going to by a mount that allows mine to swivel but fukk it. Its dope that you can cast shyt to it too. make it easier to listen to music, or watch movies, or workouts from youtube and shyt. Thats actually mad impressive.

Set yourself some small goals. if its just 5 mins a day, make sure you get them 5 mins a day in.

The World, but from BK
From seeing this thread I got one if these when it was on sale for under $200 - Amazon.com

I use it 2- 3 times a week and try to do 1000 pulls. Takes me about 20mins. Started back on it in December after coming back from vacation.

I just finished assembling it. You can’t cast to the screen unless you buy the monthly fitness membership lol

For anyone getting serious about rowing I would suggest creating an account at log.concept2.com It keeps track of all your rows and even tracks personal bests on all of the benchmark rows.

There are several apps you can use to connect to the rower and it automatically tracks your sessions at the above link. I mainly use the Ergdata app. There’s also Ergzone and Krew. I think Krew requires a subscription but the other 2 are free.

As of today I’ve rowed 2.4 million meters lifetime

These are my personal best

Krew is dead.

The owners Just up and abandoned it. You try to log in and you can't.

Can't think of anyone who would do that :lupe: :hamster:

I was gonna jump on that Pete's plan from that app. But I have it down. I'm just doing another program right now.

I keep everything logged with the ergdata app, and now I'm logging shyt with the ergatta app.
