If you download the KREW app it has Pete’s plan already loaded into the app to make tracking your workouts easier.
I'm looking........looks like it isn't on the Google store anymore. I'm gonna search for an apk

Rowing machines helped me build up more core muscles to offset my lower back pain.

Yeah i used ergdata 1st, then went switched to ergzone because ergdata was so basic at 1st. Then they updated the app either late last year or early this year and i been rocking with it since then until I started Pete’s plan on krew. I been Larry Holmes status these past 5 months tho cause I been traveling for work.

Just completed my first workout and this shyt is gonna take some getting used to :ld: I'm used to MUCH MORE instense cardio running so this first go around wasn't challenging. Tried increasing the intensity but it was harder to keep up with the counter and I don't even think my form is right yet. Started to do the workout all over again but I got bored and quit :why:

Use your phone or a device to record yourself go for 3 mins and watch it. Make sure your form is good.
