If this is what you want to do then look at the prices for a used truck/a lease and then work on getting your credit score to a 70+ and at least 20-30k liquid.
You wont be able to get a business loan from the jump so you will need to finance things with your own credit and you need to be liquid in order to show credit worthiness AND in case of emergencies. You dont want to have to shut down business becaue you cant afford a 5k repair on something.

Then why not venture into a realistic route? The man said healthy pizza. If you don't know the first ingredient in regards to that why would you purse it ? He figures how could it be to make a pizza....... he is setting himself up for failure. If he wants to cook for a living, take some cooking classes.......for one.....if you notice he didn't mentioning knowing how to or even liking cooking once....

Side hustle anything food related 
It takes up your entire life if you want to open your own anything
Think about it
You have to prepare food
You have to make sure its meets health standards
You have to drive your cart to and from your spot
You have to be there from early am to pretty late at night especially as first.
Thats not a side side hustle by any means its a 24/7 commitment

I could sell smoothies, healthy pizza, and hipster foods down in the ocean front. The stacks I'd rake inAlso, I know I'd need a permit and food trucks cost like 2k-4k.
It's also extra income. Been thinking about doing it once my bank account looks about right. I wouldn't have to depend on cacs and it would be Black Business 101

You really want a hustle... buy a small hot dog stand not a full truck. Probably get one for a couple hundred dollars, no zoning fees for your little street cart, easy to transport
Set up shop on a side street near a busy club at night. Sell franks for 2 bucks each..get a debit card reader/square.
