The fact you honestly haven't mapped out this out shows that statement is not only not true, its so far out the ball park its laughably retarded.

You need a vehicle with a pizza oven, a fridge to store the fruits and dairy and the additional ingredients. YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO COOK. And I mean really cook...........not to mention you need to get the vehicle, the permit, and more importantly you need to find a spot you can post up where there is no competition. ..........I'm not saying its not possible, but this sounds like some shyt you just thought about. You have people who have been trying for years to get a food truck up and running. And you here like I just came up with this idea last night.......#blackexcellence........I'm a genuis......:russ:

@JudgeJoeGorilla forget his smileys but it's true regarding the regulations
If you really want to do this you have to sacrifice time and get online researching rather than just thinking. It costs money and you do have to not only get insurance but get a licensed kitchen if I'm not mistaken.
You need to focus. I'll rather you make easy to make snacks to sell. If you want an idea, start with something like this

Nigeria buns lol lol. My point is easy to make stuff that doesn't require meat or fish due to storage.

But sincerely you haven't had focus in a while...you have potential...really...but you need to lock down one idea and go for it

So, basically start small with a food stand selling small items, then go bigger? Good idea.

I could sell smoothies, healthy pizza, and hipster foods down in the ocean front. The stacks I'd rake in :ohlawd: Also, I know I'd need a permit and food trucks cost like 2k-4k.

It's also extra income. Been thinking about doing it once my bank account looks about right. I wouldn't have to depend on cacs and it would be Black Business 101 :manny:

I'm going to look more into it. Also, I could vendor at fairs and etc on the side.

So....how much does a truck cost? :ohhh:

Franchise or no Franchise?:ohhh:

Credit score over 700?:usure:

Got 30K in the bank at least to cover losses?:usure:

How many people are you hiring to sell your food and also truck maintenance costs? :dame:

Oh wait....gotta get a food permit to sell food out of that truck? :lupe: Ever ask yourself what the wait time is for that much less the requirements?:steviej:

and to further pull your coat.....you will depend on cacs heavily and also what do you have that will make everyone come to YOUR food truck?:umad:

This is true to an extent.
If I remember correctly, as far as regulations what you need is clean water, a hand washing station, the appropriate food service permits, business permits, and permit to sell in the city you are operating in. Those things by themselves are not that big of a deal.

@JudgeJoeGorilla don't forget you need to assess your vehicle situation. Do you already own a pickup truck?
If not you are going to have to buy one, or spend more money and buy a truck already set up for selling food.
The hotdog cart (or similar ready to eat food that would just need to be heated up or kept warm) is the easiest idea.

I don't have 30k. Also, I know people like smoothies and healthy food.
