If this is a serious topic, update it with the moves you're making in real life to get this dream off the ground.

As a person with no food experience, it makes more sense if you sell packaged foods/snacks. Ice Cream trucks are easy (relatively) to run as businesses for this reason. I'm going to assume that the licensing, zoning, permit requirements will be lower for person vending packaged foods versus restaurant (on wheels) preparing foods.

You can dip your toe in the game by paying for a booth or selling items at ethnic parades/events, college events, and an event that nobody ever thinks about .....outside of k-12 school graduations
