It's obvious that young Black YouTubers and social media influencers are getting paid by conservatives to sellout.

I don't know what Thomas Sowell is about but if 10 people were exposed to the same content of his you would have 7 - 10 different opinions of it.
Then you should educate yourself. He's a bm, an economist by trade, who is trotted out by slavery apologists to frame the accepted slavery narrative as "exaggerated."

The untutored reach pretty uniform conclusions after reading his work. :mjpls:

They all care about politics because they all donate heavily to the Democrats. Why wouldn't they try and combat what their natural opponent is doing?
Did I say they don't donate to the democrat, Your mistake is conflating the type of democrat candidates and causes they donate to with liberal influencer
comunity which is completely different. different audience, different messaging, different causes and different values

I'm not even sure there's a centrist influencer around, almost all the influencers on the democrats side are progressives with largely progressive audience so
why would a liberal billionaire bankroll the same people they hate and brand as "too naive""they don't vote anyway" "socialist"

Interesting you said, "stopping progressive momentum" they fight their opponents on the left but leave the ones on the right to influence the next generation more than them?
Yes, left wing billionaires don't like or care enough about the next generation (atleast not until they are older) the values they represent i.e socialist, anti capitalism, pro workers and unions, higher taxes on billionaires, anti war, medicare for all etc and they also don't see them as a priority electorally as "they don't vote"

I mean did they really poison a whole generation or were those types who they were already?

At the end of the day you can go back in history and find big groups of them every single decade. They ain't a new demographic or anything.

Basically they're a tuning fork for people who already feel that way deep down for that generation. That's why Tucker Carlson leaving ain't a big deal, the next will take his place and rile up the same instinct.

Don't get complacent, sure, but don't let them be the boogeyman either. They'll always be around, always will have more opposition and there'll always be more people who think they're idiots than not.

Can't let them get in the way of where you're trying to go. In fact, them getting you to pay more attention to them and off your own goals is a W to them.

You act like a Republican never won office before Rush Limbaugh and no Dem won after. I think this is spurious correlation. He may have some influence but it wasn't mass influence.

There is demonstrable difference in the level of polarization in the country’s politics after the advent of Right wing radio and Fox News.

Demonization of the left and reinforcement of right wing biter biases has made polarization so acute that we can’t really get anything done for the country. It used to be that both sides could come together to pass things like Civil Rights act, cut/raise revenue, support new agencies like EPA.

Now simply doing something as routine as raising the debt ceiling is an Herculean effort.

I don't think this is more about giving free promotion and views to these content creators but more about making this forum aware of how the right is trying to infiltrate different spaces to get black people to support their fascist agendas.

Because it's very obvious the right is funding a lot of black influencers to get them to support Republican candidates.

Rumble is owned by Peter Theil and they gave DJ akademiks, fresh and fit, 6ix9ine, Sneako and Jidion a bag. Now whenever you see their content on the platform...it's preceeded with advertisements for Donald Trump and right wing propaganda.

They want to infiltrate Black spaces to support politicians and agendas that are inherently anti-black and they are willing to use Black faces to do that.
Black have to understand the right wing are iterative with their strategies.

I don't have time rn to write a paper. What I will say is, look at the bills that get bipartisan support and look to the industries that stand to benefit. Any and every bill, even the dumbest, bc there's something in there. What you'll find is a loosely related web of billionaires with very specific interests.

Agreed. Someone said it best. Liberal billionaires are just conservatives who like LGBTQ and tolerate black people. fiscally there's no difference
between right wing and left wing billionaires. Most of their inerests align perfectly

You can't attribute that all to Rush Limbaugh. There are a lot of factors what about 24 hour news constantly pitting Dems and Republicans against one another every segment? And really if they actually repped the people they are supposed to their would be more agreement. They are choosing not to work together trying to hurt the other party.
But they all approve the military budget in concert. I wonder why?

This video is a perfect example. These dudes don't even know what the NRA is yet they are pushing a right wing conservative narrative. Some conservative billionaire is obviously using this strategy to defuse the Black male vote.

Another one of their videos praising Candace Owens.

they're reaction YouTubers....they'll watch anything that gets views that won't get them a copyright strike. Take one look at their channel and sort by most popular videos and you'll realize who their main audience is and what types of content gets them the most money

Let me quote myself in another thread on the same subject

What do they gain? Money :unimpressed:

Who pays? People who have real power to directly affect our lives :unimpressed:

For what? To bring confusion and strife among black people. This is number one rule in the divide and conquer ws playbook:unimpressed:
