im curious to know where max b ranks on yall lists.

hes hard to rank since he may not have a definitive release because his music is so spread out.

:blessed: good-lookin out.

max b's music is the bridge between winter ice-pick music and summer funtime.

hes the embodiment of the spring.

besides, when it comes to harlem rappers, jr writer held it down 3 str8 summers.:whew:

Max is top 5 favorite artists for me (including all genres). I know I'm like the third biggest Max Stan on the internet, but he's fukking timeless.

We tried to organize those spread out joints in a logical manner on the LOAL. Max is so fukking versatile :wow: He's got rainy day joints, songs for the ladies, summertime songs, fukking everything :wow:

He truly is an amazing artist. He transcends rap. He's not just a rapper. He's an artist in the truest sense of the word. :blessed:

not lame at all.

you'd be surprised.

its alot of people that lived & breathed dipset that never transitioned to the other stuff like byrd gang, max b or even U.N.

He is very hard to place from a purely hip-hop perspective

He doesn't have the best lyrics, but you can feel them (kinda like Pac)
He has a great flow, but he's got a case of the mush-mouth
His beat selection is pretty much always on point on his original joints (Young Los and Dame Grease held him down)
He doesn't have any singular classic albums, but when you pull the mixtapes apart you can make probably 3 classic albums
He can make amazing hooks

He's top 20 from a purely unbiased hip-hop only standpoint IMO.

He is not a tough placement, because he killed his category hands down.

He went from Byrd Gang/Dipset to Coke Wave w/ French Montana to just being Wavy.

You don't kick out that many songs with so many memorable moments without being a rare talent.
