It’s getting to a point where ANY black person with a decent job is going to be accused of being a diversity hire.

I laugh when these salty ass cacs and asians bring up that "but why isn't the NBA more diverse" shyt. :mjlol:

Both the NBA and NFL are true examples of meritocracy. Both are 100% results oriented and there are no financial obstacles, its 100% based on your hardwork. When that's the case, black men excel and defeat cacs easily and within just 20 years of integration (segregation being one of the last obstacles brehs faced), both leagues became majority black.

Cacs cannot gatekeep the results oriented part of the sport (the actual players) since they can't compete at a level playing field! They unwittingly accept their physical inferiority since they have no choice. The quarterback position was the last bastion of cac male domination via gatekeeping, and even that is gone.

It is only when you go away from the field, and get in positions like coaching, general managers, executive VPs, etc. where you are picked based on potential, Is where they can practice their bullshyt of hiring their fellow cac frat buddies, outwardly practice nepotism, or they can focus on "getting the man that fits our culture". Black men then need embarrassing shyt like the Rooney rule to have a chance.

I always look at the Rooney Rule when people talk about diversity hires. The NFL if left to their own devices would not and did not historically extend opportunities to qualified talent all while letting guys through who looked the part.

That’s corporate America. And that’s 100% small business America without the pressure from society. It’s a big old club and you aren’t in it.

Wait, so he was projected to beat Trump by wider margins than Hillary. Hillary lost, and you still lend credibility to the polls from that year?

Wow.
You have to look at the margins buddy. Hillary was leading on average by 3% points - within the margin of error.

From the link you will see that Bernie was projected to be ahead by 10% points!

I'm not basing this on feelings, we are talking statistics here. From most projections he would have had an insurmountable lead. Stop looking at the raw stats, look at the swing states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana where he would have outperformed Hillary easily.

@get these nets

I know it seems counterintuitive, but the numbers don't lie. You are stuck on the fact that Hillary beat Bernie in the primaries. The fact is she won because black people OVERWHELMINGLY voted for Hillary against their own interests. He was not only the better candidate for black people (and the poor and disenfranchised in general), but he was secured to beat Trump because he resonated with the working class and independents, whereas the same groups despised Hillary.

This man was a champion for social justice reform. Unfortunately he wasn't able to resonate with black people the way Hillary did, because they thought they were getting Bill Clinton v2.

Me and my opposite are the only brothas on the program.
:mjpls:
Our program is technical though. Very few brothas in the trades or pilots. You can count on logistics being black for their diversity.
:myman:
I recommended three brothas for our FSR role. They got interviewed but didn’t get picked.
:mjcry:
All we can do is look out for each other when we see each other in these companies and roles. I always network. It’s a must in contracting. You never know when your contract is up, get bought out, or fails. You always have to be ready to move on. I’ve been blessed enough to get on a contract that lasted 10+ years. Either way, I do what I can plug us in.

I remember working in Irbil. The air ops for the base was all black. That manager made sure to bring his people with him. I told him I appreciate you looking out for us. He smiled and dapped me. He said I got us.
:wow:
:roc clap:

The type of shyt you would only find on niche cac messageboards are now being spewed, spread, and credited by elites like Musk and Cackman. Ironically, it be the most mediocre, nonachieving cacs shouting the loudest about IQ, intellect, and test scores. The walls are closing in.

Great tech start-ups are forming in Africa/African diaspora. We need to create businesses linkages to skirt around white supremacists like Musk.

Ask any older person before AA how they looked at the few Black people in white collar jobs or managerial positions. Were they walking around saying "gosh, he must be exceptional since he is one of the few Black folks here". No, they would resent and still make up stuff to disparage you. Talk to Black kids going to school in the UC system or UT system? They seen as equal and loved and respected since there is no longer admissions affirmative action?

There is no affirmative action for Black people in sports. However, remember how during his brief stint on ESPN Rush Limbaugh claimed McNabb got good coverage because he was a Black QB? And people (even John McWhorter) defended that statement because of the vague existence of affirmative action elsewhere and White people want to 'help out' Blacks succeed. That was almost 20 years ago but etched in my mind the fact they will still come at you even WHERE NO PREFERENCE EXISTS.

It is sad yet hilarious that people think that the end goal of this is more respect or approval of those of us who made it once affirmative action is gone. Once it is gone all you will see is their true colors.

The end result is to keep Black Americans specifically bottom casted.

When we rise up the ladder it makes others question their position in the capitalistic hierarchy.

West Africa seems to be churning out a bunch of fintech, not sure how formidable that will be. Also, rife with corruption and/or instability, especially the supposed giant with the loudest voice. The other regions of Africa may be more promising, but I don't think they have the same "bond" with the diaspora. No ill will, and not to start a diaspora war, but since you mentioned it, it's infuriating seeing other regions of the world develop and pursue 20 year- 40 year plans and force their collective will onto the world even against the western hegemony, and then seeing countries in Africa still dealing with matters from even back during their gaining of independence and still being exploited.

It would have been nice to have a few countries that the diaspora could seek refuge in a world that hates them. If nothing else, a powerful and respected Africa should translate to a powerful and respected diaspora.
