Yeah it did. My trick for her was to catch a Drowsee and trade it for a Machop in the big shopping store. Was a wrap after that.

You are correct but the ability Scrappy allows normal and fightng types to hit ghost.

That clip was from HeartGold/SoulSilver which is part of Gen IV. Abilties have been around since Gen III. OG Gold and Silver was Gen II only.
