Y'all in here blaming Wiggins but the real reason the Warriors lost is because no one stepped up to be the 3rd scorer. I'm not sure how much more y'all expect from Wiggins but it's more than likely whoever you trade him for will give you less. Poole, Bjelica, Kuminga, Moody, Porter, Lee all had really bad games but y'all in here crying about Wiggins. Guess y'all have collectively made him the scapegoat.

Straight from Flatbush
ACT LIKE KLAY ISNT BACK
AND EATING INTO WIGGINS TOUCHES.

HOW MUCH YALL EXPECT HIM
TO SCORE ON 12 SHOTS PER NIGHT?
When Klay on the floor Wiggins literally has a free lane to the basket on the majority of his touches.. He refuses to take advantage of that

Get the fukk outta here with this bullshyt, and take your ass back to the Lakers thread.

Wiggins has been allowed to get away with his [inconsistent] play in this thread all season. Folks have even been forcing themselves to praise him. Steph has even been blamed in their losses more than he has. Marinate on that. You’re naming all these players who’re on bare minimum contracts at the end of the rotation; Wiggins is supposed to be a main option player on $30+m a season. The expectations ain’t the same. He’s only averaging 13 points this month, which considering he does absolutely nothing else on offense, is inexcusable. It’s sickening watching Steph waste away his remaining prime years with this franchise who’ve refused to surround him with proper talent. He’s given this organisation more than they’ve ever had, and will ever have, and they repay him with this shyt.

That man should get some games in with the Santa Cruz cats 1st. What are they doing :stopitslime:
No target return”.

The constant coddling of this muh’fukka by the organisation is nauseating. He’s gonna play some meaningless minutes in some meaningless games right at the end of the season, if that, and be of absolute no cotdamn use in the playoffs. They’re gonna have a lot to answer for when this team inevitably crashes out of the title race, but knowing them they’ll continue to spin this bullshyt about the “future”, which dudes in here have eaten right up.

Can't wait to read reports of Wiseman ramping up all off-season for a start on opening night.

He has never been a main option player and yet has been the best version of himself on this Warriors squad. Dude isn't a superstar and thus he is going to be a inconsistent player. Not sure where these lofty expectations of Wiggins came from but how the fukk did y'all ever think y'all were going to get more than he has given. In fact y'all should be gracious he is giving this much. Regardless as to what he is being paid he is a 3rd/4th scorer IMO. He gave you what 18 last night? You expect him to score 25 a night??? No the problem last night was Poole was awful on both ends. Couldn't put the ball in the basket and couldn't guard Dinwidde or anyone else. You looking for something consistent it's Poole being consistently bad when him and Wiggins should be rotating as that next scorer after Curry and Klay when he is available.

I stopped here.

No need to continue this discussion when you're bullshytting like this.

No need to continue because your argument is full of BS. It's the NBA where plenty of players are overpaid. To hold Wiggins to the standard of playing up to that contract was asinine to begin with. He has never been as good as that contract, but he also has never been as good as he is now. I guarantee if anyone is being honest Wiggins has surpassed any expectations they had for him coming in as a Warrior. Would you prefer taking Russell back? I didn't think so. No one you can trade him for would be a better fit unless you got an athletic big man which is the biggest issue for this Warriors team right now. That and health.

He should be held to the expectations of the percentage of cap he's taking up, being right at the peak of his career (athletically and experience), and having more easy scoring opportunities than he would on any other team. And yet you're in here trying to place on the blame on Jordan muh'fukken Poole, who's essentially playing his first season of starter's minutes, is only 22, and taking up a minute fraction of the cap. It's also funny how you keep centering your argument around last game when despite Poole having ZERO field goals, he has still averaged more points than Wiggins this month. fukk outta here running up in this thread after one game after he scored a measly 18 points on 16 shots when he's struggled to break double-digit scoring all this month.

He's not the scapegoat; he's the actual problem. And until they can ship his ass out for pieces that can actually help this squad contend, he'll continue to be the main problem holding this team back.
