At least it’s just a 1 year deal. They can cut bait real quick if it doesn’t pan out. There weren’t a lot of big moves to make at first base this winter. Maybe they can pull off a big trade at third or second now at least.

I don't hate it but I don't love it either, it's a move I could live with. I honestly don't think he'll even be the starter by September.

I woulda rather just gone in with Rice, but Murakami feels realistic now and I’d love to see this team work on building a new core while the existing one is here.

2B/3B is interesting because whoever is alongside Jazz could be here beyond a year.
