Just watch Youtube videos about Zendesk and Jira.Does anyone know of any helpdesk ticketing software that I can practice with to get the feel of how it would be in the work environment?

Wait til you get to CCNP and you learn how to break all the rules you learned doing the CCNA
Can I use that shyt for CyOps?
I’m intrigued...
It's more for Routing and Switching.
All that STP root bridge lowest mac address sh!t is cancelled out by one command.
All the EIGRP AS number must match sh!t is cancelled out by a few choice commands.
CCNP is when networking really gets fun because you learn you can do anything you want lol
Nah, I thought they’d let me take it during this new program but I can’t take it until after the program in February because of how rigorous the shyt is. I gotta do CCNA, CySa, and Certified Ethical Hacker from today until February 16th.
By the end of that I should be pretty good to take the Sec and Net+. Congrats on passing btw, I really wish I could’ve gotten it sooner so I could be working. But after this program I’ll really be a 6 Figure 6 Cert baller. :wowderas:
www.creddle.ioHow do I properly make a resume for help desk position that doesn't seem to ask for certs? I found it on indeed but you have to apply on their website. So I can't upload my indeed created resume.
They want you to upload a resume, I can't bypass and fill out the thing manually with my info. First time I ever see this.
This isn't shytty retail, uploading a half ass resume done on open office, I'm sure won't look professional.
Some of y'all might be aware how I made a thread saying I'll be web developing with a friend. I just want to do more shyt to stay busy and building up a career.
And how do you find the work? You contracting or perm?
I just started doing a job doing SSO, SAML, LDAP, etc but I was trying to see what concrete skills or certs I could use to springboard to another job doing this possibly. I'm trying to soak up as much as I can and then get out of there.
Perm. Work is good and ive learned alot in a short period of time.
Learn Azure/ADFS, AD, Certificates, how SAML works, MFA, an Identity product like Okta, AWS and you will be eating.
