Hows the search going? :Lupe: I’m intrigued what the markets like
I just started this weekend

I search junior network engineers on Google

And then expand to just network engineers

I hate searching for jobs, but at least I have one while I'm looking

You get to ask questions and not be desperate

And if ppl get on bullshyt oh well thats on them

My job is a small company and they don't have an official way of moving ppl up

Im focused on getting certs and becoming a network engineer asap

How’s the intune search been going?

I’ve been working with it and have been leaning towards going full intune consultancy. However much of intune tenants I’ve been working on (and currently) is govt and all this hiring freeze and govt nonsense has me wondering if it’s still a viable path until Trump is out of office. Then I can imagine the floodgates will reopen if the Dems when and start trying to rebuild everything

haven't been looking, studying for some coursework now (starting with network + because I am ass at networking) I use Intune at work (we are hybrid cloud) and took some course work for MD-102. I'm not government (medical device manufacturing) alot of places are incorporating the cloud in some capacity. Try private industry.

Whole Week of Vacation starts Friday:blessed:
Them $3k checks hitting the bank:myman:

and I got a $3,900 bonus depositing the same day + wifey getting a similarly high bonus from her job:ohlawd:

Officially Debt Free and Credit score is 800+ after 10 years....:sadbron::noah: Fukking FINALLY!!!

This stupid azz administration fukking up the skies for everybody, so flying is off the table for a while. Just gonna have to drive.
The world just had to go to shyt when I get mine:aicmon:.

Glad we went to Turks and Caicos last year

It's been a very trying 3 years brehs, I'm all trauma'd out and over all this shyt, soon as I get the chance. I might get on my digital nomad shyt and move to Switzerland or New Zealand at least dual citizenship anyway. I think I just need to prioritize staying fit, mental health and building my wealth over the next 10 years. All the cert stacking and career progression is just a bonus to me at this point. I mean, it's still neccessary to an extent, but I dont feel the need to rush like I did 6 years ago. I'm confident I'll get there. I'm choosing to set it and forget it for now so I can focus more on enjoying the present.

Working on Terraform Associate cert at the moment, after that Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer and then AWS SysOps Admin. RN, I dont have shyt but a AWS Cloud Practitioner cert. All my other certs expired right as things were getting hectic in life so I stopped chasing certs.

All these directly effect raises, bonuses and promotions as I work for a Cloud Security MSP. Hopefully by 3rd or 4th quarter of this year I'll be ready to take the Jr. SRE position I passed on last year. if not, then next year for sure. I could have been advanced to a full SRE but life was life'ing hard as fukk and I didnt have the bandwidth to handle more responsibilities and studying at work. Now i'm back on the saddle, and trying to crush everything in my path.

So I’m probably gonna have to get a new job in the next month or 2. I’m fine with a helpdesk position, as I’ve done that in the past, but I can’t stay in that role for too long.

I plan on getting the AZ 104 and Network+. Which should I do first?

I would do the CCNA, but that’s a bit too advanced for me at the moment. I really just need something to get my foot back in the door and find a decent job. I’m open to any other suggestions.

what do you want to do and who will pay for it?
Network + is fine if you are ass with networking (like I am) but it's just memorization and introduction into topics. If you are paying for it then CCNA > Network +. You trying to get into cloud and Azure environment? How comfortable are you with the cloud? AZ-900 might be better.

Lot of automated rejections

I got one lady in my city asking me pre questions before she even move my resume along

Job in Phx said u gotta be in the city even tho it's remote, I said I'll relocate, no response

Recruiter in baltimore hmu

I made some changes to my resume today, started changing my location when I apply to different cities, and I sent my resume to craigslist for a remote Network Engineer position they're hiring for

On God I know ima get it cuz the hustle is too strong

I just want it now cuz i wanna trick on these thick bbw bytches :banderas: :wow:

Study the network + but don’t write the test
Jump to the ccna

Azure 104 can be done under month
