With our ticketig system you have to account for around 90 percent of the time you do every day

Yep help desk with an integrated call center type environment. The call center is the shyt I hate the most about it. Nothing worse than digging into an interesting issue then a customer call with some dumb ass printer issue
Oh I'm virtual support for our site physically and virtually throughout the company. The only good thing is we talk to the reps via Lync or in person. Hang in there breh
