Just like that, my whole team just bounced completely within a span of three months, I was going to apply for an internal position BUT my manager asked if I can put it on hold for now . Every tier is trying to bounce so being the last tier team means people just throw sheet on your desk when they can't figure it out or are too lazy to search for anything. I am the only on call person now.
Time to start applying elsewhere ..
DUMB ASS non technical UPPER Management who always make these decisions without asking boots on the ground what their opinion is so over the last year we had waves of people leaving. I am definitely out in the next few months.
