I can't wrap my head around subnetting/ CIDR notation and it's been months. It's the only thing holding me back from being great. shyt just ain't clicking and it's making me depressed. I really want to learn this man:mjcry:
I took Saturday and hammered this into my head.
What are you struggling with?
Are you writing out the bits by hand?
I practiced with an app on Google Play called CCNA Dinner Practices it's free

Just like that, my whole team just bounced completely :francis::picard: within a span of three months, I was going to apply for an internal position BUT my manager asked if I can put it on hold for now :francis:. Every tier is trying to bounce so being the last tier team means people just throw sheet on your desk when they can't figure it out or are too lazy to search for anything. I am the only on call person now.

Time to start applying elsewhere :francis:..

DUMB ASS non technical UPPER Management who always make these decisions without asking boots on the ground what their opinion is so over the last year we had waves of people leaving. I am definitely out in the next few months.

I'm dealing with the same thing at my job. IT budget was severely cut. Two team members were laid off last year and we have yet to replace them.

I like my job and the people I work with but I don't see much room for advancement at my current company. I also don't like how our department is constantly pushed around by the other departments in the company.

I'm looking to leave by the end of the year.

Just finished my SC-900 exam, was quite straight forward and actually never finished the course, so some answers were straight guesses.

I am aiming for the SC-200 probably by the end of the year, so I can mark it off my work goals for 2021, may add SC-300 if I'm feeling a little energised too.
