The above source is quoting this guy below, who led the world to believe that the hospital was bombed and 500 people killed.
The Gaza Health Ministry is ran by Hamas.
The
Palestinian territories (the
West Bank and the
Gaza Strip) used to be served by
a single government ministry of health.
After Hamas' takeover of Gaza in 2007, Hamas governments in the Gaza Strip have appointed alternate health ministers than those in the West Bank.

So you're quoting a source who is being directed by Hamas.
I don't believe it without independent verification.
Additionally, your source says the hospital was bombed a few days before.
I need evidence of that as well because after the most recent incident, it was revealed that there was minor structural damage to the hospital besides blown out windows and some roof damage.
So where did the hospital get hit in the previous incident?
Naoum said the warnings were particular to the hospital, and not part of Israel’s wider push telling civilians to leave northern Gaza for the south. “There were specific warnings to get out of the building,” he
said.
Amnon Shefler, an Israeli military spokesman, appeared to refute this according to the Times, saying the calls to the hospital were part of a wider campaign to urge civilians to leave the north ahead of an expected Israeli invasion. Shefler added the hospital was not a target for the military.
Hundreds of people were killed by an explosion at the Gaza hospital.

As you can see, this claim that you're quoting from Naoum and the Health Minister has not been independently verified.
This source says that Israel warned them to evacuate (like they warned 20 other area hospitals according to the WHO):
The hospital was one of 20 in the north of the Gaza Strip facing evacuation orders from the Israeli military. The order for evacuation has been impossible to carry out given the current insecurity, critical condition of many patients, and lack of ambulances, staff, health system bed capacity, and alternative shelter for those displaced.
WHO strongly condemns the attack on Al Ahli Arab Hospital in the north of the Gaza Strip. The hospital was operational, with patients, health and care givers, and internally displaced people sheltering there. Early reports indicate hundreds of fatalities and injuries. The hospital was one of 20...

What it does not say is that Israel warned them to evacuate
because of an imminent bombing.
In fact, Naoum is clearly being speculative here:
When asked about the party responsible for the blast, Naoum said: “What we knew is what we saw on television, and we are not military experts to determine this party.”
“What we know at least is that there are many buildings, homes, and many places that were bombed in Israeli raids,” he added, speaking of Gaza, where the hospital is located. “These are facts on the ground,” he added.
Israel has denied responsibility for the hospital bombing, but the army phoning in warnings bolsters the case that Israel carried out the airstrikes.
