It's not like it's olynyk over Giannis
Well no it wasn't a massive blunder like that, but the point was he's not unquestionably better than everyone drafted after him

Aw, we're doing the blame Ainge for Antetokounmpo thing again? The same Antetokounmpo who was picked 15th in the draft? Good thing he was the only GM to miss on that player.
I agree, they have a real chance at the finals with the right move.Celtics won't be able to just stand pat forever. The team they have now is not good enough. And eventually you're going to have part with some of these players to go to the next level.
Even if you plan on relying 100% on the draft, you're still going have to consolidate assets somehow, or else you end up essentially wasting picks like the last two drafts.
I like Rozier and all, but in this league PGs are a dime a dozen. And even though it's still early in his career, I will be shocked if he ever becomes as good as someone like Ibaka is. Me personally for Rozier and a late 1st I would've pulled the trigger on that with no hesitation. Obviously it's not the end of the world but w/e
Do it Danny
Be quiet.
We should be able to get a star for him, from what I read on RealGM he's a Draymond/Artest hybrid in a PG's body
He's a unique player for sure.
But there's no way you can tell me Avery Bradley is a more complete player than him and smart is 5 years younger
The only thing Smart is clearly better than Bradley at is playmaking. And the gap between those two as shooters is bigger than the gap as playmakers.
Obviously Smart has youth on his side, but to argue that Smart is better now and has more value now is asinine
