Very lowkey.Horford's been having a good series.
I feel like Crowder looks shook out there. Every time he has the ball, he has this deer in the headlights look. Am i trippin?

I know his contract has its benefits and all, but I still think we should keep Bradley over Crowder if we have to choose between the two. Bradley is the younger, better player, plain and simple.
And it's easier to find a good starting SF than it is to find a good starting SG. For all we know, by 2018 JB could be ready to start anyway

If we draft Jackson or Tatum, Jae might be gone. If we draft Fultz or Ball, keeping Bradley depends on how much you're willing to pay him. As bad as Jae has looked offensively, he's big defensively and provides some size and rebounding in a already undersized team. Without him we are tiny. Brown needs to mature asap if we get rid of Jae. The kid has talent, but does not know how to play yet. And as good as Bradley looked yesterday, seeing him defend Butler and even sometimes Wade shows how small he is getting backed down.
Jae has a bargain contract at 7 mil per year for 3 more seasons. If Avery is willing to take a 10-12 mil per year contract I'd be cool with it. If he wants 15-20 mil per year he can walk. If we get Fultz or Ball and they live up to expectations, Avery will be playing less minutes sooner than later getting paid starter money. If we draft Jackson or Tatum, we might end up keeping both Jae and Avery.
Right now it's a wait and see where we fall in the draft. All I know is I'm glad we didn't gut our team for Butler or George. Both very good players, but not good enough to get rid of 3-4 quality assets.
The likes of Allen Crabbe, Evan Turner & Tyler Johnson are making $16-18 million a year. $10-12 mil per year is barely Kelly Olynyk money these days, let alone getting a 26 year old two-way player like Bradley.
Giving those players that money was foolish, although Avery is better than those three. My main concern with Avery is his inability to play the point and his physical frailty. If we sign him to a big deal that limits our chances in landing a quality starting center. If Zizic pans out than it's all good. But if not, we'll be stuck with playing undersized lineups that struggle to beat the 8th seed.
