Black men are held back by the system. Even the ones who make it face obstacles placed there by the system. Black women are impacted by the system as well. They re catapulted as the heads of households because the system wants to divide and conquer the Black family. I didn't speak on any numbers about Black marriages. To deny the impact of white supremacy on the Black family is to fool yourself.
I know one girl who complained about there being a bunch of aint shyt dudes out here for years, shes got a Bachelors and a Masters, manages a Jimmy Johns, and is dating a white dude that works as a server at a Denny's . She had a nice tall handsome educated brutha, this dude looked like alight skinned Ibaka, but she sweated and argued with dude so much cause she was always paranoid, he couldn't take it and bounced. Shorty was messed up in the head, and a little too loose so nobody wanted to cuff her up I suppose. I posted about the situation in the gems thread. Women complain about it, but when it literally DROPS RIGHT INTO THIER LAP, they mess it up.
I know another sister that got married to a black dude with a regular 9-5, he like 5'7 and a decent dude, they got a son together and she's gota bachelors and masters degree and works as a teacher. They probably the happiest black couple I ever seen in my life, got a daughter together and everything.
Both of these women are 26. I grew up with both of them.
I'll even put myself out there, I'm in Chicago and make just over 70k/year with a bachelors and I'm not quite 30 yet. I dont have any debt/kids and you'd be surprised at the women who talk down to me/snub their nose at what I do or talk down at me for managing operations for local government, when they work at Sprint selling phones, or are a shift supervisor at Wal Mart.
Don't let the negative outshine the positive though. I see a lot of black love out here in all brackets, but the hate is strong on both sides, and I think it comes from fear.

Nah I deny* it because people in my circle in light of it have still made it quite nicely in certain situations. I mean what does white supremacy have to do with black family? I'm lost on that and not trying to be funny.

no we don't. only thing black men have a huge problem with is THE ATTITUDE that SOME black women have and the fact many sistas are not willing to submit period.
only black men who expect there black women to be like other races are not or shouldn't even be considered black men

Don't get me wrong... I am not arguing that you can't make it in spite of the racial obstacles placed in front of you. I am just saying that Black male and female relations are strained because of the way society is set up for us to falter instead of succeed.

In regards to relationships I don't know how that's what Im asking you? I don't know what white supremacy has to do with the black family. How do you think it effects you then cause I don't see it affecting me and others IRL at least not to the extent you get online. I build with like minded people dating wise and have no problem finding women that fit that black and otherwise. If you're (general) really having dating problems chances are its you.

Did you check the link I sent you to the interracial marriage income levels? How can black women be marrying down and white women marrying up, if bw+wm have the 5 highest household income level, compared to ww+bm who have the 3rd lowest.
