People saying pac or Eminem
Snoop cross boundaries everywhere and is just laidback type of dude that everyone knows and can interact with anyone
Pac is dead for one and Eminem stays out the limelight
Nah bro. This is cap.
Eminem has been THE face of hip hop overseas for a long time. 8 Mile grossed more money globally than Space Jam. The Eminem Show and MMLP were some of the biggest albums of the 21st century regardless of genre. Eminem is the only rapper who sold out stadiums. Even Drake had to downsize to arenas while Em sold out Wembley twice by himself. Em is also one of the most streamed artists on Spotify rn without dropping an album since 2020.
Eminem stays out the spotlight but that doesn't mean much. Michael Jackson also stayed out the limelight after the 80's. And there's tons of people constantly in the spotlight who aren't household names.
I'm telling you breh....even in Africa, Eminem is massively popular and widely known.
It could still be Snoop but people are underestimating Em's popularity here just because he doesn't resonate with Black America. But that Madonna thread should've showed people that, just because someone isn't particularly popular or widely listened to by Black America doesn't negate their overall popularity.
Brehs on here are really talking about White Grandmas knowing Snoop as if those same White Grandmas aren't all over Eminem's Facebook page(which has close to 100 million followers) reminiscing over his music and calling him the GOAT.
Pac's popularity is getting downplayed too but Pac's global fame is still insane. Being dead doesn't mean shyt either. Bob Marley's been dead for over 4 decades but he's still a global icon.
