I can't stand that bytch

She still the G.O.A.T.

There's no song by any female rapper that amps up women and gets them rapping word for word across generations more than this one :mjlol:

It doesn't matter that she has more albums. We all know Nicki isn't revered for anything off of those albums as an MC. When people talk about Nicki Minaj being elite, it's the verse on "Monster" that's referenced. With Lauryn Hill, you could pick verses from The Score or even her own singles.

People want to put Nicki Minaj in a GOAT just because. Yes, I would concede to her having one of the GOAT flows of any female MC, but otherwise she's limited.
She's the G.O.A.T. period has inspired pretty much every female rapper that came after her, most longevity, most hits, most impact, and legitimately skilled. You're overthinking this shyt so much. :mjlol:

Nicki is legit being penalized for her subject matter because she wasn't a concious MC or rapping on some gangsta/mafioso shyt like a nikka she ain't the greatest because she made pop songs and has hits people will remember she gets penalized for women who had a run, who had a few years, who had an album.

You could say that Missy, Lauryn, Kim, Lyte, and others influenced every female rapper that came after them and they even influenced Nicki Minaj. Lauryn and Missy influenced male MC's. Which male rappers did Nicki influence?

Lauryn sold like 400K+ in one week, which was a record for females period, not just rappers. I don't think any of Nicki's albums cracked that number even with sales equivalency of today's model. Lauryn has a diamond album. Her album is in the National Library of Congress. Yet, you want to us to agree with you just because.

Who penalized her for her subject matter because she wasn't conscious? There's conscious MC's who are limited. I mean, I would like to hear Nicki Minaj give us a story as detailed as Kim's "Money Talks". Yes, it's a a mafiosos song in content, but the genius lies in the scene to scene description in the verses. It plays out like an actual story or even a movie. This came after Biggie died.

Missy Elliott has songs that crossed over into Pop. She still wasn't limited. 6 consecutive platinum albums, upstaged Katy Perry at her own halftime show, wrote classics for other artists and produced for other artists. Yet, we're supposed to put Nicki ahead of her just because.

Nicki Minaj has influenced every female rapper that came after her its been over a decade and there's a lot of female rappers now.

Who cares about Nicki influencing male rappers? A lot of her music was type feminine and pop why would any nikka be influenced by that? She has the respect of her male peers and legends though for her skills/talent that should be enough.

Breh, the same can be said for the females that came before Nicki. Your statement of "she influenced every female rapper after her" is neither here or there when she herself has been influenced by Lauryn, Kim, Foxy, Eve, and Missy.

If Nicki's influence is only limited to female rappers, she isn't GOAT when there's female rappers whose influence reaches beyond female rap. Wayne helped put Nicki on and Missy Elliott influenced him.

Nicki has had a longer run that those women so her tree of influence is larger. She influenced more female rappers than all of them.

So what Missy influenced Wayne? Y'all take statements and flower giving from other rappers to other rappers way too serious. My man Nicki probably influenced Wayne too fr given the countless studio sessions they had together over the years. This doesn't mean shyt in the grand scheme of things. Nicki has the total package to be the G.O.A.T. and she's still going.

Nicki carried female rap on her back when it was dead and laid the blueprint for an entire generation of new rappers tho. She undeniably had a greater impact than lauryn and missy let’s be real

Until Nicki gets a street named after her then you can debate about how much of an impact she had. She’s got a long way to go.

Nicki took bits and pieces of every female MC before her. She’s a hybrid of all of them. Sales don’t really mean anything cause Vanilla Ice sold records and he was trash.
So? Those other rappers had their own influences too. Who cares? Pretty much every female MC in the last 10 years grew up a Nicki Stan.

Nicki isn't Vanilla Ice.

Ya logic garbage
