Flow alone doesn't make anyone a GOAT. Even in that regard, Da Brat had a crazy flow and multiple flows at that. You could put Gangsta Boo up there as well in that department.
That said, Nicki is not undisputed female GOAT. If people aren't listing Nicki overall, she ain't GOAT. Lauryn is constantly mentioned amongst greats (male AND female). You don't see that with Nicki.
You mentioned lyricists. Overall Lyte, Latifah, and Jean Grae are easily better, and Missy has an argument, but I don't listen to her. Latifah does EVERYTHING better, but she didn't write her best songs. If you feel she's the best, that's your business, but undisputed is wild.

Nobody was penning Lauryn's bars. This has been documented. Do your research. Lauryn had people writing songs where she wasn't rapping.
It doesn't matter who or who doesn't put Mos Def in a Top 10. People have Lauryn there and that's all that matters. Show me who has Nicki in an all time Top 10 list.
