He was a pup before Bron

Wade was still elite through 2012 & he was marginalized bc of Bron ball

Bron ball marginalized the Cavs last yr

So you completely ignore facts gotcha:mjlol:

And when you say marginalized do you mean three straight finals appearances and beating a 73 win to get their first ever title

That's team success though, not Kyrie's actual game. Only 30% of Kyrie's field goals were assisted last season, 28% the season before - the production he did get was mostly down to his own ability. Being in this Boston system will grow his game more. He's getting easier shots, and he's adding different strings to his game. He's not forced into being just an ISO player, which he's wanted to get away from for a while now.

False.

"Cleveland gives him a steady diet of pick-and-roll opportunities for being a second cog in their offense. During the regular season, Irving found himself in the 83rd percentile for pick-and-roll production, a number that should only increase if the Cavaliers find him being guarded by Isaiah Thomas in the next round.

The Cavaliers are a heavily pick-and-roll based offense, toggling between their multiple ball handlers and utilizing everyone as a screener. Since most everyone can shoot, the Cavs choose their screener based on the defender they’d most like to attack in the pick-and-roll. It’s a strategy of simple basketball that doesn’t allow any defender to hide against them."

Alot of Kyries offense was generated on Lebron setting screens

You need to learn what iso means. Cavs offense certainly isnt iso.

Not only do you not know shyt about hoops, but you can't even provide context to the stats of articles you're posting. You can't even read properly either.

Assisted FGs are on Bballref.

LeBron undermined the coach that was trying to bring in a motion-based offense, just so he could run his own shyt on offense, and then got him fired. Everyone has to fit around what LeBron is doing, that's why Kyrie was forced into the role he's been playing ever since LeBron returned to Cleveland. It's not just about "ISO's", it's about all the self-creation that Kyrie had to do, and the lack of creativity/ball movement in the shyt that they were running. LeBron wasn't responsible for Kyrie putting up his best box score #s of his career, Kyrie was.

It was a your turn-my turn offense.

But since bron is such a detriment as you’ll claim why was Kyrie able to have those career years and great playoff performances playing next to such a “black hole”

People are forgetting Kyrie was the closer for the Cavs, part of the reason they are struggling now is late game situations

Lebron has never been that guy in the clutch, so Kyrie not there to bail them out...

Just total bullshyt. Cavs have only had five games this year decided by less than 10 points. This is how they looked in the last five or so clutch minutes of those games:

against Celtics: Cavs scored on 7 of their last 9 possessions, won

against Bulls: Cavs scored on 7 of their last 12 possessions, won

against Nets: Cavs scored on 10 of their last 12 possessions, lost because of poor defense and Love/Lebron each missed a vital free throw, then Love missed the tip

against Wizards: Cavs scored on 9 of their last 14 possessions, won

against Hawks: Cavs scored on 10 of their last 13 possessions for a huge comeback, lost because of a bad start and Frye missed a three, then Wade missed the tip.

Their offense has been fire in late-game situations, that is NOT the reason they are struggling now. How do ya'all come up with this stupid narratives?

:mjlol: LeBronalitics brehs.. nikkas always bring up made up stats when it comes to LeBron, but always ignore the eye test and facts.

Make tonight the sixth point of evidence in your idiocy. Cavs scored on 7 of their last 10 possessions and won by 5.

Cavs have had six single-digit games this year, they're now 4-2 in those six games and scored like crazy late even in the two losses.

NBA.com lists the Cavs as the #1 crunch-time offense in the NBA this season with an offensive rating of 144.5 and 2nd-place isn't even close: In the crunch they're #7 in eFG%, #5 in assist/turnover ratio, and #1 in offensive rebounds.

Lebron is shooting 80% in the clutch so far this year. :ohlawd:

Their crunch time defense, on the other hand, is next-to-last, only ahead of the Thunder.

Sometimes you need the numbers. The Cavs are struggling because of their DEFENSE. Their offense in the clutch has been on fire, and the only "made up stat" you need to get that is that they score on nearly every damn possession. They're a couple free throws and one open three away from being undefeated in close games this year.
