I'm in good shape, especially since I started boxing again. But I simply can't move like I couod when I was younger and my stamina isnt the same as the 20 year Olds or teens. I don't understand this shin split shyt. My shins never hurt and i've had a period where I used to jump role on my big concrete balcony for 20+min at a time.
