Used to be my go to! I miss that lightness but I don't know if my ankles can handle too much anymore. Maybe with the right shoes or lower time amounts. 15-20 minutes at a average pace was my norm at my peak of jumping.
It's one of those things you rarely see if you go to the gym. One guy every few months might be doing it.underrated.. idk seems like something that is recommended by everyone and seen on pretty much every training video or movie montage in history.
