Is jump rope the most underrated exercise? 10 mins of jump rope = 30 mins of running 👀

Yes and it's harder than most folks think. Sounds simple but most people will gas at a min and probably sooner. In my boxing classes we do it for 5 minutes as a warm up and took me a while to get that far without stopping.

Still trying to get the boxer skip down.

Used to be my go to! I miss that lightness but I don't know if my ankles can handle too much anymore. Maybe with the right shoes or lower time amounts. 15-20 minutes at a average pace was my norm at my peak of jumping.

Yea I love it but I get a little worried about wear and tear.

For me rowing machine>>

Damn this is some weird shyt. I just watched that 1st video today and planned on doing it tomorrow.

If you don't can't make to much noise in the house consistent jumps without the rope will work too

underrated.. idk seems like something that is recommended by everyone and seen on pretty much every training video or movie montage in history.

I’ve been Jump roping since I was five. You need to land on the balls (:dame:) of your feet. That’s how you avoid injury. Alternate between speed rope and slow rope jumping.

I tend to run more often but I include jump rope into my gym routines now and again. It’s more of a HIIT/Anaerobic exercise if you want to build stronger legs.

It's one of those things you rarely see if you go to the gym. One guy every few months might be doing it.
