Nobody cares about Detroit rap. A lot of cities are popping on varying levels but the pulse of rap remains in Atlanta.

In a sense no. Atlanta artists may not be on top right now but every rapper that is on top borrows heavily from Atlanta (Roddy rich etc.)

Strip clubs in its originally sense are dead. They are still grounds for 'artist' showcase though. If your Song Takesover the Strip Club or goes Viral via social media memes or something you can blow. Look at Detroit, I 'd say Sada Baby and Payroll two of the best out regardless of region but them boys ARE NOT known like that outside of us who be on the internet like that and their regions.
