Is it premature to think Tagovailoa is the youngest QB to be NFL ready?

Trevor Lawrence might be

You sir are smart. This is the right choice. Trevor Lawrence looks like a young Peyton Manning out there. Definitely the best NFL QB prospect in college right now.

Only other franchise QB-type in college right now is Justin Fields. He looks like a mini-Cam Newton.

unless they have generational physical gifts qbs lean on what's around them heavily

bama is the best situation he can be in he should look the part

but in the pros unless he is placed in the right situation he'll be food

*

Another smart guy right here.

Agree 100%. Tua doesn't have great physical tools. Hence the reason why he isn't a top QB prospect. He's more of a college legend to me than a guy who will be great in the pros.

Justin Fields is the most talented QB in college football. 6'3" 230 4.5 speed. Led his team at the elite 11 on scoring drives 70% of their drives while all the other QBs (Trevor Lawrence included) combined led there teams to TDs on just over 20% of their drives. And hes black :banderas::umad:

Justin Fields is 6'2". He ain't no 6'3". That's that fake college height every QB is listed at. Fields looks 6'2".

With that said, he is crazy talented. Reminds me a lot of Cam Newton. Just in a smaller body. I have him #2 right now. The top pro prospect in college is Trevor Lawrence (Clemson). He reminds of Peyton Manning. He looks surgical in his first collegiate game.

Either way these two will go #1 and #2 in the 2021 NFL Draft. They are true franchise QBs.

He's better than Lawrence and I actually love Lawrence. They are the 2 best QB prospects I've ever seen. But Fields deaded the trevor >> than him talk after the elite 11. They both have insane upside

Its funny how college football fools so many of ya'll every year. There's nothing pro ready about Tua. He's got below average size. His arm isn't strong. He was a weird hitch in his throwing motion that'll make him an INT waiting to happen in the NFL. And he's erratic with his decision-making. If I had to guess right now, I doubt he ever amounts into anything in the NFL.

The guy who impressed me the most in week 1 was Clemson's true freshmen QB Trevor Lawrence. He looks like the most pro-ready guy in college. A lot of Peyton Manning qualities about him. If I had to guess right now, he'll be the #1 overall pick in 2021.

I don't care about throwing in shorts and a t-shirt. I liked Justin Fields more before yesterday. Then I watched their first games. Fields was fine. Trevor Lawrence just looked SPECIAL. Like I said, when I watched him play I saw a young Peyton Manning. Obviously its early and we'll see how these guys progress over the next 3 years.

All I'm saying is after 1 game, its advantage Trevor Lawrence in my eyes.

November 3 will decide Tua's fate. It's too early to tell, but he has the tools.

If he torches, LSU's defense, then I'll crown him.

This is ya'lls problem. You think what happens in college actually matters when it comes to NFL success. The reality is that nothing he does in college matters ultimately. What matters more are the PHYSICAL TOOLS.

The guys who dominate in the NFL are not guys who put up stats in college. Its guys with elite physical tools.

Tua is not elite at ANYTHING. He ain't got elite size. He ain't got an elite arm. He ain't got elite athleticism. He ain't got elite intangibles in terms of intelligence or work ethic (that we know of).

Actually my takes go against what ESPN or the other idiots say. I'm the nikka that said Alvin Kamara was the best RB in the 2017 draft last year ahead of Fournette, Cook, and McCaffrey. Ain't nobody on ESPN that said that. That was just my elite skills as a talent evaluator.

I was also the only person that correctly predicted Jayson Tatum would be the best player in the 2017 NBA Draft and that #1 overall pick Markelle Fultz was a bust.

I'm not copying ESPN. I'm the nikka who is better than them at their own game.

What's that supposed to prove?

I'll repeat myself once again for you. The guys who are elite in the NFL are the guys with elite physical tools. There is nothing about Tua that is elite physically.

He's got below average height. He's got a very average arm. He's not elite athletically. And nothing we've heard says he's got elite intangibles in terms of work ethic or intelligence.

Tua is just a elite college QB. He ain't a elite NFL QB. Those are two different things. See all the busts in NFL history that won the Heisman in college.

You liked him better before he went 7 for 8 and ran for 33 yards in like 8 total minutes of action? :skip: Ok
