Oh ok you are not too bad. For what its worth I'm 5' 9" and got up to 225.... it took me 3 years to get down to 172. I only spent a couple of months a year cutting weight though and I prioritized keeping muscle on, so I was nowhere near as aggressive as I could have been.

Realistically I could see you dropping 50lb in a year. One big tip I would say is to take breaks. Diet down for like 6-8 weeks, take a week or two off and eat at maintenance to let your metabolism/hormones recover, then get back at it again. Going for like a year straight is too much

I'm somewhere betwee. 230 to 240lbs. I'm asking for help. About 95% of the stuff I eat is fast food and sweets and pop/soda. My eating habits is trash
First and foremost you gotta get your diet in check.

You consuming a shyt load of empty calories per week. Download a calorie counter, a step counter and search for a basic weightlifting program that isnt named Mad Cow. The YouTube channel "AthleanX" is my go to person on most questions. If you just trying to see what's the best you can get your body, then slow and steady is going to yield far more results. If you dont start resistance training then you gonna end up skinny fat.

Here's the deal, man. Cardio. I dont know what psychologically you can do to make it easier for u..as in walking or trendmill or bicycling. Running would probably discourage you..even though I see some big girls out there jogging every fukking day at the park next to those athletic brats.

Drink 100 ounces of water every day at minimum if you can drink more even better
drinnk 3 cups of watter when you wake up
gym every day
lift weights not to heavy but don't lift every day take a day or two in between lifting but do cardio each day either treadmill just set incline at 5 or 6 and speed walk up hills do that for 5 mins then lower incline and speed for 3 mins and do it again do that over and over agian for 40 mins minium a day
some days switch up and do the bicycle or the elliptical.
when youre not at the gym do small things like park far in the parking lot and walk or take the stairs instead of the elevator

diet is also improatant you cant eat fast food or bread stick to fruits or eggs for breakfast , salad for lunch and meat and veggies for dinner have light snacks throughout the day either fruit or nuts try to stay away from processed foods like cereal, candy bars, chips

you may not lose 50 lb in 3 months but 30 lbs is do able if you stick to it

Athlean X is my go to as well cracker got a lot of useful info and gives the science behind it too. That antonio brown workout video he has is dope

Terrible idea. How much do you weigh that you feel 50 lbs is feasible. You gonna do damage to your body if you only eating like 500 calories a day. Also, that crash weight loss doesnt address what got you to that weight in the first place.
Intermittent fasting works but not by eating 500 Cals a day. I lost 30 lbs doing it but I'd eat around 1500 - 1800 cals with limited carbs. No fast food. No bread/fried food. No soda.

Yea but you knew or semi knew what you were doing. OP in the beginning beginning stages of weight loss. Knew a couple people throughout life that thought that they could take a short cut &starve themselves without any thought to nutritional needs only to end up in a worse predicament

Try to aim for 30lbs and even that's a high number.
