Oh ok you are not too bad. For what its worth I'm 5' 9" and got up to 225.... it took me 3 years to get down to 172. I only spent a couple of months a year cutting weight though and I prioritized keeping muscle on, so I was nowhere near as aggressive as I could have been.5'8 235

First and foremost you gotta get your diet in check.I'm somewhere betwee. 230 to 240lbs. I'm asking for help. About 95% of the stuff I eat is fast food and sweets and pop/soda. My eating habits is trash
Here's the deal, man. Cardio. I dont know what psychologically you can do to make it easier for u..as in walking or trendmill or bicycling. Running would probably discourage you..even though I see some big girls out there jogging every fukking day at the park next to those athletic brats.Any tips or as advice

You consuming a shyt load of empty calories per week. Download a calorie counter, a step counter and search for a basic weightlifting program that isnt named Mad Cow. The YouTube channel "AthleanX" is my go to person on most questions. If you just trying to see what's the best you can get your body, then slow and steady is going to yield far more results. If you dont start resistance training then you gonna end up skinny fat.
Intermittent fasting works but not by eating 500 Cals a day. I lost 30 lbs doing it but I'd eat around 1500 - 1800 cals with limited carbs. No fast food. No bread/fried food. No soda.Terrible idea. How much do you weigh that you feel 50 lbs is feasible. You gonna do damage to your body if you only eating like 500 calories a day. Also, that crash weight loss doesnt address what got you to that weight in the first place.
