Give Intermittent fasting a go breh, increase greenery in your diet and work out during fasting hours, Keep strict to this and you'll lose weight and cut nicely over 3 months . Salute.
How long do I fast?.

my eatting window could be from 1PM to 9 PM and fast for 16 hours?



What foods do I eat or can I eat whatever I want?.



One if my homies fasted on water and those naked juices. I dont know for how long tho. He lost noticeable weight. He was working out

Terrible idea. How much do you weigh that you feel 50 lbs is feasible. You gonna do damage to your body if you only eating like 500 calories a day. Also, that crash weight loss doesnt address what got you to that weight in the first place.

I'm somewhere betwee. 230 to 240lbs. I'm asking for help. About 95% of the stuff I eat is fast food and sweets and pop/soda. My eating habits is trash

My current Window is 1PM to 8/9PM (depending on what time i get home) the fast isnt that bad, once you get over the mornign hump after the first week the routine is straight forward.

You can keep the same diet you have now and you'll lose weight, but obviously you're trying to get into better shape so clean up the diet a bit (less junk more green and water) and regular cardio type work and you good breh

You can give it a go with what works for you but the intermittent fasting template really does work i can confirm
